Service Terms
Orders are subject to availability and review. A completed payment does not guarantee an immediate start time. Customers must provide accurate platform, region, game ID, rank, and scheduling information.
Customers must never provide passwords, one-time codes, backup codes, or other authentication credentials through this website. Services should only be offered and fulfilled where permitted by the applicable game's rules and platform terms.
The store may reject or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled safely, lawfully, or within the represented service scope. In that case, the applicable refund language below controls.
Refund Policy
Orders cancelled by the store before fulfillment begins will receive a full refund. Customer-requested cancellations are not automatically approved and will only be considered if the order has not been started, processed, fulfilled, or placed into active work. All cancellation and refund rules must be clearly shown before payment so customers understand the terms before purchasing.
Partially fulfilled orders are not eligible for refunds. Completed orders are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Customers must also understand that there is a wait list, and wait time alone is not a valid reason for requesting a refund. By placing an order, the customer agrees that delays caused by queue position, demand, or availability do not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.
Privacy
The order form collects contact email, platform, region, Activision ID, rank information, and customer-supplied notes. This information is used to process, coordinate, support, and document the purchased service.
Live support collects the visitor's name, email address, selected support agent, message history, conversation status, and message timestamps. This information is used to route, answer, maintain, and secure support conversations.
Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. This website does not receive or store complete card numbers. Order details are attached to the Stripe Checkout Session and payment record for fulfillment and support.
Add the business's retention period, deletion-request process, jurisdiction, analytics/cookie disclosures, and any other service providers before launch.
