Connect with Support

Open live support from the bottom-right corner using the same email used at checkout. Share your Activision ID, preferences, and special requests there so the team can coordinate your contract.

Support chat is for coordination only. Do not post passwords, one-time codes, backup codes, or authentication credentials in chat. If account access is required, support will arrange a separate approved credential-handoff method.

Account Preparation

The team may adjust reversible in-game settings to optimize the run, including visual or controller settings, a selected loadout, and your operator. Any changes are made for performance and can be restored.

Schedule the Session

After the required details are received and verified, the team will work with you to select a date and time. You will receive a clear confirmation of the scheduled login window.

The Nuke Run

At the agreed time, the assigned team member begins the contract. Some team members stream their sessions live; when available, support can provide an optional stream link so you can watch in real time.

Completion and Guarantee

Do not access the account during the scheduled session. Doing so can disconnect the assigned team member and triggers the account-access terms you acknowledge before checkout.

If completion is prevented by cheaters, game bugs, server issues, or similar external factors, the team will schedule another contract at no additional charge and coordinate a new suitable time.

Account Return and Follow-Up

After the session ends, the assigned team member logs out and support notifies you of completion. You can then access the account, review the rewards, and contact support if you need any follow-up help.
